Refund policy

Exchanges:

For U.S. shipments, I permit one free exchange for each product you order if needing to find the correct fit within 14 days of delivery. Additionally exchanges for another size or product may require additional costs and are subject to my discretion. Meaning, unlike returns, you will not need to pay for the return postage in most instances. Exchanges are very simple here. 

Please e-mail me at alan@volosapparel.com with your order number and what you would like to exchange, wait for your package to arrive with your exchanged item, printed shipping label, and biodegradable return shipping mailer. Label and package your item with the provided materials and drop off to your nearest USPS or UPS office.

Returns:

For all U.S. orders, although you may e-mail me at alan@volosapparel.com to set up a return, submitting a request through your Volos account at www.volosapparel.com is another easy option. Any return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

If there is any damage to your item from shipment please inform us via email immediately. We will pay for shipment of the product to be returned to us for inspection and will send you a replacement or provide you with a full refund upon receiving the item. In the rare chance this happens, it is likely the shipping service at fault and we will file a claim with them for not handling your product with care.

When you login to your account, select your order and pay the return postage. Please keep in mind all products must be unworn, unwashed, odorless, product tags must be affixed, and free of any sign of use. 

You have two options for packing and sending a return:

  1. Use original packaging, print label at home, and drop off at USPS or UPS.
  2. Wait for label and return mailer to be sent to your home. Drop off at USPS or UPS.

International Customers:

International orders may be returned for full refund however you will be responsible for the shipping the items for returns.

Unfortunately due to the high cost of shipping across borders, exchange shipping is also your responsibility as well. I would recommend getting in contact with me to answer any fit questions, sizes, etc. to make sure we get your order right the first time.
